The home, which was built by architect Roland G. Leu at the end of the 1970s, is sited on the hillside with an expansive view over the Lake of Zurich. The garden, with its beautiful stand of trees, had been created as a near-natural garden, and was now showing its age.
Restoration and some interventions such as water basins, flowering herbaceous borders and a grove of birches, rounded off the garden as a harmonious entity.
