View of the entrance, 2014, Ganz Landschaftsarchitekten

The villa was built on the plot in the course of the settlement development from rural Hottingen to urban city neighbourhood at the start of the twentieth century. From the terrace, there is a lovely view of the lake and the gentle chain of hills of the Albis with Üetliberg on the other side of the city. The exterior appearance of the Heuelstrasse site, with the picket fence, the gate, the clipped hedge and the tall trees in the front garden promises an ornamental garden in the tradition of the architectural garden. For the representative home with numerous decorative elements, the fitting frame of garden grounds with gravel or sandstone pathways, well-tended lawns, clipped hedges, decorative plantings of shrubs and perennials is expected.
