A narrow passageway between the houses named Farb and Granatapfel leads to the courtyard that has curved cobbled paving of porphyry igneous rock.  In the courtyard, there is a raised garden edged with a sandstone wall. The masonry is covered with large slabs of sandstone. Two wooden pillars sit on top of the masonry and support the enclosed wooden veranda at the back of the house named Farb. A set of steps made of sandstone lead in an axial direction to the garden surfaced with round gravel, in the middle of which a water feature provides an accent. The courtyard with the garden makes an idyllic spot within close proximity to Stadelhoferstrasse and the busy ‘Stadelhoferpassage‘.
